About this product

Avro Lancaster NX611 was purchased by Fred and Harold Panton in 1984 as a memorial to their elder brother Christopher Panton who flew with 433 Squadron and was lost on the 30/31st March 1944.

Since 1988 NX611 has been lovingly cared for and restored at East Kirkby. She was first taken to engine running condition and then took her first 'steps' taxying for the public in 1995. The next logical step is to airworthy condition and this is our aim over the next few years.

The whole airworthiness project will cost in the region of £3 million and you can find information about it HERE

The 'Rivet Club' is a monthly donation to the restoration of Avro Lancaster NX611 from as little as £3 up to as much as you would like to donate!

Joining the club will gain you the following benefits-

  • Monthly newsletter
  • Weekly restoration reports (from Mid-November to April)
  • Access to our 'Hangar Cam' so you can see the progress from your home.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A RECURRING MONTHLY DONATION WHICH WILL BE DEBITED FROM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD EVERY MONTH UNTIL YOU NOTIFY LINCOLNSHIRE AVIATION HERITAGE CENTRE TO STOP THE TRANSACTION.

THIS ITEM CANNOT BE PURCHASED USING PAYPAL. PLEASE PAY BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AT THE CHECKOUT.
