News on the Lancaster NDT
We had a great meeting with our NDT company; Aerospace NDT; talking about the upcoming NDT schedule for Avro Lancaster NX611 Just Jane. 2014 should see great advancements in the NDT schedule and movements on the restoration.
The results of all the NDT will give us a good base of knowledge of the condition of many parts of the aircraft airframe that cannot be seen. From this we can adapt and alter the scheme of work to return NX611 to an airworthy condition.
