 What happened on August Bank Holiday?

August bank holiday Monday took a familiar layout to events at East Kirkby with two taxy runs and a flying display from a Spitfire Mk16 of 'Spitfire Ltd' based at Duxford.

The weather was favourable for the taxy runs but the Large Model Association flying activities suffered from the high winds.  They were not able to fly their full assortment of aircraft but managed to fill the day with as many flight as possible.
