The Thruster is one of the longest serving factory built Microlights still in service today at Microlight flying schools across the Uk. Designed for the Australian outback cattle farmer, the Thruster's rugged build comes with student proof undercarriage as standard. The heritage of the Thruster begins with the TST Mk1 through to the Thruster T300, and eventually with the Microlight School workhorse the Thruster T600, of which you can find Nose Wheel, Tail Wheel, Two Stroke and Four Stroke variants that leads to all who have flown professing their undying love and biased fondness for their specific model, which can lead to heated debate. So much so, that to provoke such a debate even more the Thruster Musters was formed in 2024. A Thruster Muster is an opportunity for Thruster owners to Muster their Thruster at a chosen airfield, and the East Kirkby 2025 Thruster Muster could possibly be recorded as the most famous Muster of all, as the Thrusters hope to stand at the home of the majestic 'Just Jane' with pride. From the Australian outback to East Kirkby, the Thruster has won many hearts along the way, long may they fly.
