Got a story to tell?
Have you ever thought about writing the story of a relative’s wartime past? Or contemplated researching for a book or magazine article? Or maybe you wanted to try your hand as a speaker in aviation/historical contexts? In this session, Trevor Kerry revisits his 2025 book (The Lost Dambuster Lancaster, Pen & Sword 2025) about a 617 crew, to explore the strategies for deciding on and collating suitable material; moving on from small beginnings; and building the story into something suitable for an audience. A detailed and honest account of the journey from idea to publication.
This event will take place in the NAAFI function room and does not include museum admission. If you would like to visit the museum as well you will be able to upgrade your ticket on arrival.
