Ground Crew
Pat Ellis, Bill Parsons and Bob Mitchell
Part of our dedicated weekly ground crew Bill, Pat and Bob are an essential part of our team. They assist with the ground running and taxying of the Lancaster acting as marshals and fuel primers.
The Fire crew
Dave Willey, Malcolm Smith and John Norris
We are supported at the Centre by a group of firemen headed by Steve Shirley currently stationed at RAF Cottesmore. They provide the fire cover for all of the Lancaster taxy runs and most importantly for the flying displays and air shows that we hold. We are extremely grateful for their presence; enabling the Centre to improve its events year on year.
